for the environmental labelling of waste collection
bags and quality labelling for drawstring waste
bags, freezer bags and aluminium rolls. Similarly,
our Hostosac bags for hospital waste comply with
the NF X 3051 safety standard. The NF (normes françaises)
stamp on all our bags for both household and hospital
waste is a guarantee of continuous quality control
and full traceability.
Yet we also go beyond basic requirements to seek
ever higher performances including environment-friendly
solutions that meet the NF EN 13432 standard.
Most of our sites are ISO 9001 Version 2000 and
ISO 14001 compliant, and the AIB Vinçotte International SA
Certification for OK Compost has just been awarded
to our production subsidiaries. Mastering every
stage of the supply chain is essential to product
quality: SPHERE uses and meets the UCC/EAN 128 standard
to guarantee identification and traceability at
all times.
Finally, SPHERE acts as expert adviser to national
and European bodies charged with reviewing and harmonizing
regulations in the field, making proposals to carry
